Kundai has been my fitness coach for almost half the year and I have nothing but good to say about him.
He’s readily available for any help/assistance I may need and proactively makes time to schedule weekly chats via video call and even sometimes biweekly.
Kundai is a friendly happy and encouraging person who has the capacity to make you feel like you’ve known him for years and has the ability to push you beyond your own expectations. He is willing to call you up on anything he feels you can improve on and does this by approaching situations with calmness.
Even when I’ve fallen off the wagon, he hasnt made me feel like crap but instead reminds me why I am doing this and how far I’ve come. He is encouraging and reminds me that set backs happen but what we do going forward matters.
I think he’s a great PT and an even greater person.

Kenji is the best. I was looking for a trainer to help me get into a routine to excersise.
I got so much more than routine. I look forward to my sessions, they are so much fun (really), i leave on a high after each one and covered in sweat. I’m getting stronger and growing in confidence.
