About Your Coach
Growing up, I always wanted to be a Power Ranger and now am one, well sort of, I am now a professional stunt performer, having featured in some Hollywood movies and TV shows over the past decade.

Away from movie sets, I help and inspire others by offering a combined approach of weight loss and functional mobility solutions based on my decade and a half of working as a stuntman, training parkour and calisthenics.

I am driven by the idea that everyone can move (fun)ctionally and get in shape while at it, so let's put the "fun" in FUNCTIONAL.

I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Nutrition Coach, ADAPT Level 1 Parkour Instructor, with 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry.
